§ 97.27 DISTANCE FROM CURB AND SIDEWALK.

The distance trees may be planted from the curb to the sidewalk (treelawn area) shall be the center of the treelawn. The Tree Commission shall determine if the tree lawn is large enough to accept planting of trees.
