(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner, agent, lessee or employee of the owner of any commercial vehicle to park a commercial vehicle at any time on any street in the residential area of the village, except in case of an emergency.
(B) It shall be unlawful for the owner, agent, lessee or employee of the owner of any commercial vehicle to park a commercial vehicle overnight on any street in the business area of the village.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense, plus towing charges and costs.
