§ 50.056 DISCOUNT FOR SUBSTATION OWNERSHIP BY CONSUMER.
   (A)   In order to adequately supply consumer's initial and contemplated future electric power requirements Utility may specify the nominal primary delivery voltage, which shall be 12,470 volts.
   (B)   In the event that the Utility determines the service to be furnished to consumer is primary service supplied at primary voltage and consumer furnishes the complete substation equipment, the discount of $0.30 per kW of billing capacity shall apply. The size, capacity and other substation specifications shall be determined by Utility and the entire installation shall conform to Utility's specifications and standards. The resultant discounted bill for substation ownership shall not be less than the applicable monthly minimum charge as determined herein or by contract.
