(A) Service under this subchapter is based upon Utility furnishing all service at a single voltage through one transformer bank. Utility may, at its option, supply additional voltages through additional transformer banks.
(B) Where Utility furnishes more than one transformer bank, consumer shall pay a transformer rental charge of $0.25 per kVa of the name plate rating of the additional transformer banks furnished by Utility in excess of one transformer bank.
(C) Utility reserves the right to meter multiple transformer banks at secondary voltage and to bill each transformer bank separately or to meter and bill all service at primary voltage through a single meter.
