(A) Generally.
(1) These general rules and regulations cover the furnishing and supply of electric service by the village, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “utility” or “municipality,” to its consumers.
(2) As hereinafter used, “consumer” shall be construed to be any individual, firm, corporation, association, political subdivision, or any other identity using the village's electric service.
(3) All of these general rules and regulations shall be applicable to all of village's electric rate schedules as if fully set forth in the schedules.
(4) It shall be the responsibility of the Village Administrator to enforce these general rules and regulations.
(5) The Village Administrator may supplement these rules and regulations with such other administrative rules, forms and specifications as may be necessary to properly enforce and administer these general rules and regulations and the applicable rate schedules and to comply with the intent of same.
(B) Applicability. These rules and regulations together with the provisions of the applicable rate schedule are part of every service contract entered into by the utility.
