(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 733.261, the duties of the Village Clerk and the duties of the Village Treasurer are hereby combined into one office, known as the Village Fiscal Officer.
(B) The Fiscal Officer must be an elector of the village. The Fiscal Officer shall be elected for a term of four years, commencing on the first day of April following his or her election.
