§ 131.27 PANDERING.

(A) No person shall remain in or wander about a public place and repeatedly beckon to, or repeatedly stop, or repeatedly interfere with the free passage of other persons in that place for the purpose of “pimping,” as that term is defined in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 11-19.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be prosecuted in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 1-2-1.1.
