§ 131.26 SOLICITING.
   No person shall remain in or wander about a public place and repeatedly beckon to, or repeatedly attempt to stop, or repeatedly attempt to engage passers-by in conversation, or repeatedly interfere with the free passage of other persons in that place for the purpose of prostitution, as defined in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 11-14, or of soliciting for a prostitute, as those terms are defined in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 11-15.
