§ 131.25 “PUBLIC PLACE” DEFINED.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PUBLIC PLACE. Any street, sidewalk, bridge, alley or alleyway, plaza, park, driveway, parking lot or transportation facility, or the doorways and entrance ways to any building which front on any such place, or a motor vehicle in or on any such place or any other area generally visible to public view.
