§ 131.02 PUBLIC URINATION OR DEFECATION.
   (A)   No person shall urinate or defecate upon any street, sidewalk, public way, yard, side or wall of any building, structure, bush, tree or other public place. Only facilities provided within a public or private restroom shall be used for such purposes.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DEFECATION. The voiding of one’s bowels.
      URINATION. The voiding of one’s bladder.
