§ 130.01 IMPERSONATING OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES; OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

(A) No person shall falsely represent himself or herself to be an officer or employee of the city or, without being duly authorized, exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of any officer or employee of the city.

(B) No person shall hinder, obstruct or otherwise interfere with any city officer or employee in the discharge of his or her official duties.
