§ 118.004 NONBUSINESS FILLING STATIONS.

Any person maintaining or operating a storage tank for gasoline for the use of automobiles of an owner, lessee, employee or agent of the person shall comply with all of the provisions of this subchapter, except that the person shall not be required to pay a fee for the license required by § 118.002.
