§ 116.048 SUBSCRIBER PRIVACY.
   (A)   Use of data from subscriber. Neither the grantee nor any other person shall initiate or use any form, procedure or device for procuring information or data from a subscriber’s terminal by use of the BTN without prior authorization from each subscriber so affected.
   (B)   Subscriber lists. The grantee shall not, without prior authorization from each subscriber so affected, provide any list designating subscribers’ names or addresses to the city or to any other party.
   (C)   Subscriber transmissions. The grantee shall not permit the installation of any special terminal equipment in any subscriber’s premises that will permit transmission from the subscriber’s premises of two-way service, without first obtaining written permission therefor from the subscriber.
