§ 116.028 UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   (A)   Interception of communications. No person shall make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise, with any part of a grantee’s BTN, for the purpose of enabling the person or any other person to receive any signal, information or intelligence transmitted over the network, without payment to the grantee of the full amount properly due for the signal, information or intelligence.
   (B)   Tampering with equipment. No person, without the consent of the owner, shall wilfully tamper with, remove or injure any cable, wire or other equipment used for the distribution of signals, information or intelligence over a grantee’s network.
