(A) Continuing supervision by Council. Council shall have continuing supervision over the operation of any franchise granted under this subchapter. Routine responsibilities in the administration of this subchapter and any franchise agreement shall be performed by the cable television committee.
(B) Responsibility of City Treasurer. The City Treasurer shall review and audit all reports and filings submitted to the city as required in this subchapter, insofar as they apply to the financial operation of the BTN.
