§ 116.019 NOTIFICATION OF CITY CLERK PRIOR TO APPLICATIONS TO FCC.
   No grantee shall apply for a waiver, exception or declaratory ruling from the FCC or from any other federal or state regulatory agency without prior written notification to the City Clerk.
