§ 115.34 TREATMENT BY SPIRITUAL MEANS.
   Nothing in this subchapter or in the rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto shall be construed as authorizing the medical supervision, regulation or control of the remedial care or treatment of residents or patients in any home or institution conducted for those who rely upon treatment by prayer or spiritual means in accordance with the creed or tenet of any well-recognized church or religious denomination. A license for such a home is required and all remaining rules, regulations and minimum standards shall apply.
