§ 114.103 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The City Clerk or City Council shall have the authority to revoke a parade or public assembly permit issued hereunder if at any time, facts are brought to the attention of the City Clerk or City Council which show that the parade, public assembly, or similar activity does not, or will not, comply with the standards for issuance as herein set forth.
