§ 114.101 DUTIES OF PERMITTEE.

A permittee hereunder shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances. One of the authorized and responsible leaders of the organization conducting the parade, public assembly or similar activity, shall carry the parade or public assembly permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the parade.
