§ 114.100 CONTENTS OF PERMIT.

   Each parade or public assembly permit shall state the following information:

   (A)   Starting time;

   (B)   Minimum speed;

   (C)   Maximum speed;

   (D)   Maximum interval of space to be maintained between the units of the parade of public assembly;

   (E)   The portions of the streets to be transversed that may be occupied by the parade or public assembly;

   (F)   The maximum length of the parade or public assembly in miles or fractions thereof; and

   (G)   Such other information as the City Clerk and City Council shall find necessary to insure the enforcement of this subchapter.
