Following the receipt of the application and applicant’s submittal of all required information the Clerk shall refer the application to the City Council for its consideration at the next scheduled City Council meeting. In the event the application is denied, the City Council shall state the reasons for the denial of the permit. The actions of the City Council shall be subject to judicial review.
