§ 114.093 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   (A)   Any person, partnership, voluntary association, corporation or other organization seeking to obtain a parade or public assembly permit shall file an application with the City Clerk not more than 90 days and not less than 21 days before the date for which the parade, public assembly or similar activity is proposed. The City Clerk is authorized to establish rules, regulations and procedures for the processing of parade and public assembly permit applications.
   (B)   In order for any application to be reviewed by the City Clerk, it must contain any and all information and requested materials listed in § 114.094 of this subchapter.
