§ 114.092 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No parade, public assembly or similar activity where the number of participants or spectators are expected or may reasonably be expected to exceed 50 or more persons and/or vehicles, is permitted on any street or area of the city unless a permit allowing the activity has been obtained from the city; provided, however that this subchapter shall not apply to students going to and from school classes or participating in educational activities under the immediate direction and supervision of school authorities or a governmental agency acting within the scope of its functions, nor shall a permit be required for normal or scheduled activities of the city. Only one permit shall be issued during any 12-month period to the same applicant, or an affiliate organization of the applicant.
