§ 111.68 OTHER ORDINANCES AND LAWS TO APPLY.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall excuse or relieve the licensee, owner, proprietor, and/or other person in charge of any place within the city where liquor is sold from the restrictions and requirements of any other chapters of this code, other ordinances of the city, and/or of the statutes of the State of Illinois or of the United States of America. The failure of any licensee, owner, proprietor, and/or other person in charge of any such establishment to obey and/or comply with said code, ordinances, and/or statutes shall be a violation hereof and shall also constitute cause for the suspension, revocation, and/or termination of any liquor license issued by the city.
