§ 114.052 MAJOR OR MINOR SPECIAL EVENT DETERMINATION.
   In advance of filing an application for a major or minor special event permit, an applicant shall submit a detailed narrative description of the proposed special event to the Special Events Coordinator and request direction as to whether the event should be designated a major or minor special event. Upon receipt of sufficient information regarding the proposed event, the Special Events Coordinator shall, in a timely manner, advise the applicant whether the event will be treated as a major or minor special event.
