§ 113.27 PLACING ON VEHICLES.

No person shall distribute, deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast a commercial or noncommercial handbill in or upon an automobile or other vehicle. However, this section shall not be deemed to prohibit the handling, transmitting or distributing of a noncommercial handbill to the owner or other occupant of an automobile or other vehicle who is willing to accept the same.
