§ 113.08 SPONSORSHIP, AFFILIATION OR CERTIFICATION.
   (A)   No person shall cause confusion or misunderstanding concerning the course, sponsorship, approval or certification of merchandise or services.
   (B)   No person shall cause confusion, misunderstanding or false or deceptive representation concerning affiliation, connection or association with, or certification by another.
   (C)   No person shall represent that merchandise or services have sponsorship or approval concerning the source of or certification of merchandise or services when, in fact, they do not have such approval or sponsorship.
