§ 111.49 POSTING LICENSE AND WARNING.
   (A)   Every licensee shall cause his or her license or licenses to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises and adjacent to or attached to each separate bar on the licensed premises, including movable and/or other type of service bars, regardless of where such bars are located.
   (B)   In every tavern or other place in the city where liquor is sold, there shall be displayed at all times in a prominent place next to each bar therein a printed warning which shall read substantially as follows:
 
“WARNING - You are subject to a fine of up to Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) under the ordinances of the City of Oak Forest if you purchase liquor when under the age of 21 years, or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining liquor.”
