§ 93.07 POWERS NOT IMPAIRED.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to impair the powers granted to the Police Department and the Fire Department in these codified ordinances. This section shall be construed together with other provisions of these codified ordinances and other ordinances of the city now in effect for the safety and welfare of the residents of the city.
