§ 90.063 CURB CUTS.
   (A)   No person shall cut, break or change the stoop or slope of any curb in the city without the prior approval of the Director of Public Works.
   (B)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall suffer the forfeiture of his or her building bond or bonds.
