§ 90.056 APPLICATION TO EXISTING

If an existing culvert under any private drive or roadway fails to comply with this chapter, or impedes the free flow of water in the ditch in which it is installed, the owner or occupant of the property into which the drive or roadway leads, upon notice from the city, shall install a proper culvert in accordance with this chapter.
