§ 90.051 MATERIALS.
   Every culvert shall be of a size determined by the Director of Public Works to be adequate to permit the free flow of water in a ditch and shall be corrugated galvanized steel, reinforced concrete, cast iron or such other material that meets with the approval of the Director of Public Works.
