§ 90.044 CONNECTION TO COLLECTOR OR ARTERIAL STREETS.
   (A)   Driveways connecting to collector or arterial streets must provide an on-site turn around.
   (B)   Where a lot fronts both a local street and a collector or arterial street, no driveways shall be installed along the property line of the lot that fronts the arterial or collector street
