§ 30.52 WHISTLE BLOWER PROTECTION.
   (A)   No complainant, or employee acting on behalf of a complainant shall be discharged, threatened or otherwise discriminated against regarding compensation, terms, conditions, location or privileges of employment when the complainant, or employee acting on behalf of the complainant, reports; or is about to report, verbally or in writing, a violation or suspected violation of this subchapter, or when the complainant is requested to participate in an investigation, hearing or inquiry held pursuant to this subchapter or in any related court action.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to a complainant, or employee acting on behalf of a complainant, who knowingly makes a false report.
