§ 90.043 DRIVEWAY GRADES AND CURBS.
   (A)   Driveways shall be level with existing adjoining sidewalk grades.
   (B)   Where it is necessary to saw, cut or break the existing curb for the driveway opening, the curb and gutter shall be completely removed and a new section constructed.
   (C)   Each such driveway shall be constructed and maintained so as to permit free and unobstructed passage in such a manner as not to interfere with the proper drainage of the streets.
   (D)   Gradual approaches to the regular sidewalk grade shall be one inch above the gutter slab.
   (E)   The slope of the driveway and to the approaches thereto shall not exceed a six percent slope in any direction.
   (F)   Each such driveway shall be constructed and maintained so that its surface, at the point of crossing any sidewalk pavement, shall be flush with the adjoining sections of the sidewalk.
