§ 90.024 OCCUPANCY PERMITS.
   (A)   The requirements set forth in this chapter must be met before an occupancy permit is issued by the city.
   (B)   The Building Commissioner may issue a temporary occupancy permit, as provided for in the city’s Building Codes and regulations.
