§ 30.51 PROHIBITED PERSONAL FINANCIAL INTEREST IN CONTRACTS; ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

   The regulations and exceptions enumerated in § 3 of the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act, ILCS Ch. 50, Act 105, § 3, governing prohibited pecuniary interests in contracts, are hereby adopted in full by reference and made applicable to the officers of the City of Oak Forest.
