§ 75.04 SALES OR TRANSFERS.

Upon the sale or transfer of any bicycle registered under this chapter, the purchaser or transferee, within ten days of the date of the sale or transfer, shall register the bicycle in his or her name in the manner provided for in the case of an original registrant.
