§ 75.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

No person residing within the city shall operate or permit to be operated any bicycle upon the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the city, unless the bicycle is registered as provided in this chapter and unless the city registration tag or sticker is affixed in a prominent place to the bicycle.
