§ 73.32 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   The Police Department shall enforce this subchapter through the issuance of citations and the towing of vehicles that are in violation of any of the provisions of this section. Nothing in this section is intended to preclude concurrent enforcement as elsewhere provided in these codified ordinances.
