§ 73.27 HANDICAPPED PERMITS.

(A) The Office of the City Clerk shall, upon application by any handicapped person, issue that person a handicapped permit for a period of time not to exceed one year.

(B) The permit shall be prominently displayed so that it is clearly visible and shall be intended for use on the vehicle owned and registered to the applicant.
