§ 73.26 MANNER OF PARKING; PARKING IN AREAS RESERVED FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
   (A)   No person shall park a motor vehicle in any designated parking space in a manner that the motor vehicle protrudes over and into any other parking space immediately contiguous to it so as to prevent the use of the latter space by another motor vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall park a motor vehicle in a parking space which is designated and marked for the use of handicapped persons only, unless the vehicle is operated by a handicapped person.
