§ 73.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HANDICAPPED PERSON. A person who displays a license plate on his or her motor vehicle which has been issued to him or her by the Motor Vehicle Division of the Secretary of State’ s office and which, on its face, indicates that the owner and driver of the vehicle is a handicapped person and is thus entitled to display the special license plate on his or her motor vehicle.
   PARKING SPACE. A space in the commuter parking facility for the parking of motor vehicles, which space is identified by plainly marked stripes painted on the surface of the paving and by being numbered.
   RESTRICTED HANDICAPPED PARKING AREA. An area in the commuter parking facility for the parking of motor vehicles, which area is marked by signs clearly indicating that it may be used by handicapped persons only.
