§ 73.08 SNOW EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   No person shall park any vehicle on any public street in the city at any time within 12 hours after a snowfall of two inches or more has occurred, unless the snow has been plowed off or otherwise removed from the street. Council may, at its discretion, designate certain streets as snow routes. These routes will be posted as such and will have priority in snow removal.
   (B)   In order to help ensure that all city streets can be adequately plowed during and after snowfalls of two inches or more, the Chief of Police is authorized to have removed from any city street any vehicle which obstructs the operation of snow removal equipment.
   (C)   Although designated snow routes will receive primary attention during and after snowfalls, all city streets are equally subject to this section.
