§ 72.01 EXHIBITIONS OF SPEED.
   (A)   Motor vehicle exhibitions of speed, commonly referred to as “burning rubber,” “peeling out” or “donuts,” and other maneuvers of speed, are declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   No operator of a motor vehicle shall perform a motor vehicle exhibition of speed upon any street or highway in the city.
   (C)   For the purpose of this section, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS means the entire width between boundary lines of every way or place, of any kind, when any part thereof is open to the use of the public as a matter of right for purposes of vehicular traffic.
