(A) Council shall determine where traffic control signs, including stop signs, one-way signs, “no turn” signs and speed limit signs are necessary in order to safeguard the public.
(B) After it has been determined that signs are necessary, the Chief of Police shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for all intersections, one-way streets and speed limits.
(C) Left turn only (3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.): Southbound Oak Avenue at 160th Street.
