§ 53.06 PROVISIONS NOT TO PRECLUDE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude or interfere with the implementation by an electric utility company of measures necessary to assure the provision of adequate, efficient, reliable and environmentally safe service as required by the Illinois Public Utilities Act (ILCS Ch. 220, Act 5, §§ 1-101 et seq.).
