§ 30.26 CENSURE AND EXPULSION OF MEMBERS.
   Any member acting or appearing in a lewd or disgraceful manner, or who uses opprobius, obscene or insulting language to or about any member of Council, or who does not obey an order of the chair, shall be, on motion, censured by a majority vote of the Mayor and Council and, in addition, may be fined not to exceed $25 for each such occurrence. With the concurrence of two-thirds of the members elected, Council may expel a member, but not a second time for the same offense.
