§ 33.183 AMBULANCE SERVICE CHARGES.
   (A)   All persons, corporations, partnerships, businesses or other entities shall be charged for emergency ambulance service for basic life support services requiring the services of an emergency medical technician and for advanced life support services requiring the services of a paramedic.
   (B)   Charges may also be levied to reimburse the city when extraordinary expenses for material used in rendering the emergency medical services are incurred. In no event shall the charges exceed the reasonable cost of services rendered.
