§ 33.144 AGGREGATE LIMIT OF

The total proceeds of the certificates shall not exceed 25% of the amount of nonissued qualified mortgage bonds as specified in § 33.143(C), and the total proceeds shall be determined as provided in IRS Regulations § 1.25-5T(b).
